Overview
Stainless steel pipe is an economic cross-section steel, is an important product in the steel industry, 304 stainless steel pipe is widely used in petroleum, chemical, medical, food, light industry, mechanical instrumentation and other industrial transportation pipes and mechanical structural components. There are many kinds of stainless steel pipes, different uses, different technical requirements, and different production methods. There are several classification methods for stainless steel pipes, and when roughly distinguished, they are generally classified according to alloy composition or metallographic organization. According to the composition, it is divided into Cr series and CR-Ni series. Because of the different metallographic structure, the chromium (Cr) series is divided into Martensite series and ferrite series: while the chromium nickel (Cr-Ni) series is divided into austenitic system series and austenite/ferrite series.
